The 1st day of ice fishing season, my Dad took me down to Lake Camelot and we fished for 3 hours,drilled a lot of holes and my dad caught 1 Blue Gill.I had a Blast.
My Dad took me out on Dec. 29 and I caught my 1st fish through the ice,This one I needed help with, my Grandpa came out and fished with us,he caught a lot of fish,he got broke off a couple of times also.We had a great day,on this Lake we had 7 inches of ice.
Here is my 1st fish through the ice,Its a Blue Gill.It didn't take long and I was pulling them up through the hole like my Dad and Grandpa.We had a Big Mess of fish.The next day my Dad cooked them up.
This is a pic of My Dad and His friends day on the ice,they fished on Dec.20 and caught big Blue Gills and 2 Crappies,ended with a 5 gallon bucket filled to the top with fish.
Here I am hard a work trying to catch something.
